Poi movement basic － Triangle reel

Hello everyone!!!
Last week is my first time play Poi on fire!!!
It's very exciting!!!
The following picture is me >_<.

We're going to learn some Poi basic movement in this week.
This movement is named "Triangle Reel".
It is because that you spin three circle and your hands move like a Triangle!!!
First, spin your Poi forward in the same time.

Then,when the balls at the lowest point, turn your body to the other side.
At this moment, your Poi will turn to reverse direction.

Third, move your hand up to your shoulder and turn your body again!
(Poi will turn back to  forward direction)



Ok! You finish the Triangle reel!!!
Let's see how the professor teach this movement!!!
